Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Director of AI Product Management for AI Controls & Observability to drive end-to-end AI platform capabilities across the firm. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, product management or related field.
• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for AI platform capabilities.
• Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement for AI control & observability products.
• Define and track product success metrics for AI capabilities including adoption and monitoring.
• Conduct research with internal customers to shape AI platform capabilities.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive scalable, reusable AI platform builder capabilities deployed across the organization.
• Collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, Product Management, and Business teams to test, deploy, and refine AI capabilities.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor market and user demand for reusable AI capabilities and iterate roadmaps.
