Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Director, AI Product Manager – AI Controls & Observability to lead end-to-end AI platform capabilities across the firm. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and define success metrics to drive measurable impact.

You will own AI capabilities as a product, ensuring reusable, model-driven solutions, responsible AI practices, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to enable enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven PM experience leading AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for AI products.
• Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement.
• Define and track metrics for AI capability performance and adoption.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
• Own lifecycle of reusable AI platform Builder capabilities.
