You will work with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data and business units, ensuring responsible AI practices, regulatory alignment, and measurable platform value while translating strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in product management with AI focus.
• 3+ years' AI/ML experience and strong understanding of AI in financial services.
• Strategic vendor management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise AI platform capabilities.
• Guide investment, sequencing, build-buy-partner, and vendor decisions for AI platforms.
• Align AI platform strategy to business strategy, data strategy, product, architecture and governance.
• Drive adoption and ensure responsible AI, regulatory, security, and governance considerations.
• Collaborate across EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, Product Management, Experience, and Business units.
