Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Director, AI Product Manager – AI Controls & Observability to lead end-to-end development of reusable AI platform capabilities across the firm. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, drive discovery, validation, and create measurable success metrics for enterprise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, PM or related field.
• Master’s degree in AI, PM or related field preferred.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience leading AI product discovery and validation.
