Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Director to lead an AI-powered clinical data insights platform within the Analytics & Behavior Change group. You will own strategy, roadmap, and delivery, partnering with Data Science and Engineering to bring reusable platform capabilities from concept through production.
The role requires deep product management expertise in enterprise software and strong stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
- 8+ years analytical and product judgment, capable of handling ambiguity and turning data into strategy.
- 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures, with technical fluency.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs to determine reusable platform capabilities.
- Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments.
- Define platform strategy and own the multi-year roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Lead platform delivery with Data Science and Engineering, balancing build vs. buy vs. vendor decisions.
- Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
