Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
- 8+ years demonstrating analytical judgment and ability to turn data into strategy.
- 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI and cohesive product architectures.
- 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
- 5+ years of executive communication bridging technical, clinical, and business audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, define reusable platform capabilities and prioritize investments with clinical value.
- Own multi-year platform roadmap and align with Data Science and Engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale AI-powered platform capabilities.
- Partner with application teams to drive adoption and measure platform impact.
- Define platform health metrics and communicate trade-offs to executives.
