You will partner with data science and engineering teams to translate clinical needs into reusable platform capabilities, shaping a multi-year roadmap with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment to translate evidence into strategy.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex cross-functional orgs.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable vs application-specific features.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with clinical and business value.
• Define platform strategy and own the platform roadmap translating needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and make evidence-based trade-offs across value, productivity, feasibility, and outcomes.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery in partnership with Data Science and Engineering.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and accelerate adoption.
• Define platform health and success metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align data science, engineering, and partners around strategy.
