Edward Jones seeks a Director, AI Product Manager – AI Controls & Observability to lead end-to-end development of AI platform capabilities powering reusable, scalable AI products across the firm. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, drive discovery and validation, and define success metrics to measure impact.

This role focuses on strategy, collaboration with business and functional areas, and ensuring responsible AI practices while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 7+ years in product management with translation of business needs into requirements.
• Minimum 3+ years in AI/ML and strong understanding of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for AI products.
• Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement across AI control & observability products.
• Define and track product success metrics specific to AI capabilities and adoption.
• Conduct market and user research to inform platform capabilities and roadmap.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
