Job summary

CVS Health Corporation leads an AI-powered clinical data insights platform within the Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization. The Director role focuses on building reusable platform services for multiple clinical applications and working closely with data scientists and ML engineers to move from concept to production.

You will shape product strategy, oversee multi-year roadmaps, and align stakeholders to deliver high-impact clinical value and scalable adoption across CVS Health.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML and Generative AI products.
• 8+ years demonstrating exceptional analytical and product judgment with ambiguity.
• 6+ years' experience with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application needs to determine reusable platform capabilities.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap for long-term value.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery in partnership with Data Science and Engineering.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
• Influence senior stakeholders to align cross-functional partners around strategy and trade-offs.
