As a Director within A&BC, you will own the platform roadmap, influence senior stakeholders, and work closely with Data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management for enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment with ability to translate evidence into strategy.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and application architectures, with technical fluency.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling across technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs through direct discovery and data analysis to determine reusable platform capabilities.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with highest clinical and business value.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating needs into reusable, scalable platform capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and trade-offs across clinical value, productivity, technical feasibility, reliability and outcomes.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery in close partnership with Data Science and Engineering.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and accelerate adoption.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
