Job summary

CVS Health is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) product team to build an AI-powered clinical data insights platform powering automation and clinician workflows. The Director will lead product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional delivery with data scientists and engineers.

You’ll shape multi-year roadmaps, partner across teams, and drive adoption of reusable platform capabilities in a fast-evolving healthcare analytics environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling with technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable vs. application-specific solutions.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with clinical and business value.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investments, balancing clinical value, productivity, feasibility, and outcomes.
• Lead platform development alongside Data Science and Engineering, making trade-offs (build vs. buy).
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
