CVS Health is seeking a Director in Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) to lead the creation and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform that powers automation and workflow tools for clinicians. You will collaborate across Data Science, Engineering, and product teams to bring AI-driven health insights from concept to production, shaping next-generation healthcare technology strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment in ambiguous problems with measurable outcomes.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional decisions.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling across technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs through discovery and analysis to determine reusable platform components.
• Structure ambiguous problems and prioritize platform investments with highest value.
• Define platform strategy and own roadmap, translating needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and balance clinical value, productivity, feasibility, and outcomes.
• Lead platform development from concept to delivery in partnership with Data Science and Engineering.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, and adoption; use data to guide roadmap.
