Job summary

CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) is expanding its product team to deliver an AI-powered clinical data insights platform that powers automation and clinician workflows. The Director will partner with data scientists and engineers, lead platform strategy, and drive adoption across CVS Health, shaping how technology and analytics support care delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years analytical and product judgment; ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• 5+ years executive communication and storytelling across technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable platform components.
• Structure ambiguous problems and prioritize the platform investments.
• Define platform strategy and own the roadmap, translating needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities balancing value, productivity, feasibility.
• Lead the platform from concept to delivery with Data Science and Engineering.
• Partner with application teams to launch, scale capabilities, and drive adoption.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
• Use data and experiments to inform roadmap and decisions.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners.
