CVS Health Corporation's Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization is seeking a Director to lead the creation, launch, and ongoing enhancement of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform that supports automation and clinician workflows.

This hands-on role partners with Data Science and Engineering, requiring strong product management, clinical data fluency, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years analytical and product judgment with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• 6+ years experience with AI/ML and Generative AI, collaborating with Data Science and Engineering.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex, cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• 5+ years executive communication and storytelling across technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs through discovery, product data, and analysis to determine reusable vs. application-specific needs.
• Structure ambiguous problems, form and test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with highest clinical and business value.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating needs into reusable, scalable platform capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investments, making evidence-based trade-offs across clinical value, productivity, technical feasibility, reliability, and outcomes.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery in close partnership with Data Science and Engineering, balancing build vs. buy vs. vendor decisions.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities, accelerate adoption, and remove reuse barriers.
• Define platform health and success metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
