CVS Health is seeking a Director within Analytics & Behavior Change to lead the creation, launch, and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform powering automation and clinician workflows.

You’ll partner with data science and engineering, define platform strategy, and manage multi-year roadmaps. This hands-on role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, platform reuse, and driving measurable clinical and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML and Generative AI products.
• 8+ years demonstrating exceptional analytical and product judgment.
• 6+ years' experience with AI/ML and Generative AI products and application architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable platform capabilities.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with highest value.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap; translate needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities, balancing clinical value, team productivity, and feasibility.
• Lead platform from concept to delivery with Data Science and Engineering; assess build vs. buy vs. vendor.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and accelerate adoption.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption; use data to inform decisions.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align teams around strategy and trade-offs.
