Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director in Analytics & Behavior Change to lead the creation and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform powering automation and workflows for clinicians. You will work with Data Science and Engineering to translate needs into reusable platform capabilities.

The role emphasizes building and leading a platform team over time, strong product judgment, and collaboration across clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable health

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment to structure ambiguous problems.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling across technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap for the AI-powered clinical data insights platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Data Science and Engineering to bring clinical data products from inception to production.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with high clinical and business value.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health metrics and inform roadmap decisions using data and experimentation.
