CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Director in Analytics & Behavior Change to lead the creation, launch, and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform that supports automation and clinician workflows.

You will partner with Data Science and Engineering, define platform strategy, and ensure reusable services across applications while overseeing multi-year roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment to solve ambiguous problems with measurable outcomes.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products with technical fluency.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling across technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable vs. application-specific solutions.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments.
• Define platform strategy and own the platform roadmap.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities with evidence-based trade-offs.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health and success metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
