Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for AI products.
• Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement for AI platforms.
• Define and track product success metrics for AI platforms.
• Conduct research with internal customers to inform capabilities.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance.
• Drive reusable, enterprise-wide AI capabilities.
• Collaborate across EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Monitor AI platform performance and refine as needed.
• Shape AI capability vision and strategy with stakeholders.
• Translate goals, insights into roadmaps, epics, user stories.
• Support delivery, adoption, and business impact.
• Coordinate resources, delivery, and risk management.
• Deploy and test AI platform capabilities with reliability.
• Own lifecycle including versioning and retraining plans.
• Ensure adoption across No Code/Low Code/Pro Code builders.
