Job summary

Edward Jones seeks a Director, AI Product Manager – Platform Builder Experiences to oversee end-to-end AI platform capabilities for No Code, Low Code, and Pro Code builders across the enterprise.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, lead discovery and validation, and define success metrics to measure impact, ensuring reusable AI capabilities and responsible AI practices are embedded throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, product management or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in product management translating business needs into technical requirements.
• 3+ years’ experience in AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and financial services.
• Product operating model methodologies, including AI driven PDLC.
• AI technologies and their business applications.
• Metrics and frameworks for tracking AI model and agent success and impact.
• Responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
• UX principles and their integration into product AI capability design.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for reusable AI capabilities.
• Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement processes for AI platform capabilities.
• Define and track product success metrics for AI platform performance, adoption, and governance.
• Conduct market and user research to inform AI platform capabilities.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle of AI platforms.
• Drive development and delivery of reusable AI platform capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and Business units to deploy and refine AI capabilities.
