CVS Health is seeking a Director within Analytics & Behavior Change to lead the creation and launch of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform supporting clinicians. You will partner with data science and engineering teams to translate clinical needs into reusable platform capabilities.

The role requires 8+ years in product management for enterprise software/AI, strong executive communication, and the ability to drive multi-year roadmaps in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment with ambiguity.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional orgs.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs to determine reusable platform capabilities.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments.
• Define platform strategy and own the platform roadmap across multiple teams.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities with trade-offs on value and feasibility.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery with Data Science and Engineering partners.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities.
