Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating exceptional analytical and product judgment.
• 6+ years' experience working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and application architectures.
• 5+ years of experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions across complex organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable platform investments.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize high-value platform investments.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities, balancing clinical value, team productivity, and feasibility.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery with Data Science and Engineering partners.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners around strategy and trade-offs.
