Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or related graduate degree with 5+ years in product leadership or a similar role.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work longer hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product and technical teams across PM, engineering, data science, and design.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes with measurable value.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms using neuro-symbolic AI and scalable data workflows.
• Partner with executives to align product builds with security, governance, and compliance.
