Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to drive the development and scaling of enterprise AI platforms that combine neuro-symbolic AI, knowledge graphs, and ML integration. You will guide cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and data science to deliver scalable, trusted AI solutions for large organizations.

The role requires 7+ years in product leadership, a strong business orientation, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required, plus related work experience.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, or platform build roles.
• Experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro‑symbolic AI products.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms using neuro‑symbolic AI.
• Direct cross-functional product and technical teams.
• Partner with senior executives and stakeholders on AI strategy.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance.
