Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a senior product leader to drive the growth of neuro-symbolic AI platforms. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, translating complex business challenges into knowledge-driven requirements and leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and data science.

You will shape product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics, while ensuring explainability, auditability, and regulatory compliance across enterprise-grade platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, CS, Analytics, or related field with 5 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~3 years.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development: framing, requirements, architecture, build, deployment, scale.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements (knowledge graphs, rules, ML components).
• Ensure products adhere to explainability, auditability, trust, and compliance standards.
• Define product vision, roadmap, adoption metrics, and pricing/packaging strategies.
• Architect platform components: ontologies, semantic layers, inference engines, ML integration, APIs, UX.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and design.
• Partner with executives on AI strategy, governance, and deployment models.
• Embed Responsible AI and regulatory compliance into design and processes.
