Credit Acceptance Corporation is seeking a senior leader to shape the enterprise data platform strategy and architecture. You will drive AI-first initiatives, oversee scalable data platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Based in the greater Seattle/Bellevue area with a hybrid work model, you will mentor engineers, partner with executives, and guide governance and data strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience or comparable depth of experience.
• Experience in leadership role overseeing technical direction of data platform, technology and architecture.
• Expert knowledge of software engineering best practices with experience building modern data platforms, products and solutions, especially for AI.

• Develop and drive the long-term vision for enterprise data platforms and architecture, aligned with business growth and AI success.
• Oversee architecture, design and development of scalable data platform enabling self-serve capabilities across the company.
• Communicate data technologies, strategies, roadmaps and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and translate them into actionable initiatives to drive innovation.
• Grow talent by participating in hiring and mentoring team members.
• Lead continuous improvement of engineering practices and drive cross-team collaboration.
