Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience with transformation or strategic planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and matrixed organizations.
• Change management experience or professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Associate Directors across transformation initiatives.
• Translate enterprise strategy into a coherent transformation roadmap with prioritized initiatives.
• Oversee pilot design, execution, and scaling into repeatable playbooks for enterprise adoption.
• Drive adoption, change integration, and measurable value realization across brands and units.
• Establish governance, tracking, and reporting for progress, risks, and value delivery.
