Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, technology, data and external partners to deliver measurable improvements in clinical development delivery and patient outcomes. Strong pharma strategy and open, compliant AI leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Deep pharma strategy, AI, or transformation experience at top-tier firms.
• Experience in regulated environments and translating strategy to practice.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define the AI transformation strategy, multi-year roadmap, and investment case.
• Shape adoption and operating model changes across Development Operations.
• Lead and develop a team delivering the AI portfolio with measurable value.
