You will translate needs into scalable AI products, partnering with Technology, Analytics, Commercial Operations, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and measurable outcomes. The role requires 10+ years in AI/digital product leadership, a strong governance background, and excellent executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital, data, analytics, AI, product management, commercial technology, or commercial operations.
• Proven ability to set strategy and lead end-to-end delivery of an AI or digital product portfolio.
• Strong governance, privacy, security, and risk management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Field AI Capabilities vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for US and International Markets.
• Translate business challenges into a prioritized portfolio of AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end product management from discovery to launch and value realization.
• Build a scalable global capability model balancing common platforms and local market needs.
• Establish governance, oversight, and lifecycle standards for AI solutions.
