Job summary

Merck seeks a Director to define and deliver an integrated portfolio of AI-enabled capabilities for field-based employees across US and International Markets. This leader will partner across functions to create scalable, compliant AI products that improve planning, insights, learning, and customer engagement.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, establish governance, drive adoption, and track KPIs while developing a high-performing team in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, business, product management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in digital, data, analytics, AI, product management, commercial technology, or commercial operations with leadership supporting field-based organizations.
• Proven ability to set strategy and lead end-to-end delivery of an AI or digital product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the Field AI Capabilities vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for US and International Markets, aligning investments and priorities to enterprise commercial objectives and market needs.
• Lead end-to-end product management for field AI capabilities, from discovery and design through development, launch, lifecycle management, and value realization.
• Build a scalable global capability model balancing common platforms with regulatory, language, and customer needs across markets.
