Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Senior Director to lead field capability enablement and AI-powered transformation across North America field operations, based in Cambridge, MA. You will shape strategic partnerships, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable solutions that boost field performance and readiness.

You will drive governance, adoption of next-generation tools, and partner with Digital, CRM, and Field Analytics to enable data-driven decision-making in a regulated biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial operations, field effectiveness, analytics, or transformation functions within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record of driving capability transformation and AI/technology adoption programs at scale.
• Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships and influencing across multiple functions, business units, and organizational levels.
• Change management expertise and experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, prioritization, and execution of strategic field effectiveness initiatives across the North America roadmap.
• Own governance, timelines, and risk mitigation across concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate with Global teams to leverage best practices and standards.
• Develop business cases and ROI frameworks to justify investments in capability and technology.
• Serve as change management lead for major capability rollouts and partner with Change Management.
• Manage strategic vendors and technology partners across the field technology ecosystem.
