Job summary

The American Heart Association (AHA) seeks a Director, Clinical Solutions and Licensing to lead strategic licensing and AI-enabled content commercialization from its National Center in Dallas, TX, with home-based work options. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health‑IT–adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility across partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization function.

Responsibilities

• Defining alliance and licensing strategy.
• Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements.
• Coordinating cross functional efforts with product, legal, technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption.
• Oversee customer success team to ensuring ongoing sales.
