Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Director of Clinical Solutions and Licensing at our National Center, based in Dallas, with home-based work available. You will lead strategy and execution for AI-enabled content commercialization and EHR partnerships, coordinating with product, legal, and tech teams to drive scalable growth.

You will manage licensing negotiations, cross-functional alignment, and customer success to fuel long-term sales and partnerships across healthcare technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health-IT-adjacent organizations with increasing responsibility in partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization.
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define alliance and licensing strategy.
• Negotiate complex commercial and licensing agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, legal, and technology teams to support integration, compliance, and adoption.
• Oversee customer success to ensure ongoing sales.
