Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/HR/Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high‑performing teams or enterprise‑wide digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design workforce product strategy and end‑to‑end AI solutions.
• Architect enterprise workforce architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft.
• Lead ROI metrics and business cases for technology investments.
