Qualifications

• Proven change management experience or professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associate directors delivering transformation initiatives from strategy through deployment and value realization.
• Translate enterprise strategy into a coherent transformation roadmap with prioritized initiatives.
• Oversee pilot design, execution, and scaling; codify insights into repeatable playbooks.
• Ensure governance, tracking, and reporting across the transformation portfolio.
