Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. seeks an Associate Vice President, Head of Enterprise AI Delivery to drive non‑engineering disciplines for enterprise AI strategy execution.

You will organize AI portfolio, operating model, and adoption across divisions, reporting to the Chief AI Officer. You will own the business case, establish value measurement, and partner with Legal, Privacy, Quality and Compliance to ensure responsible AI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, transformation, operations or strategy within a large, complex enterprise, including at least 8 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑scale business transformation with measurable, independently verifiable business outcomes.
• Experience translating emerging technology into operating model change and realized value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI delivery and process engineering function.
• Organize and manage a federated delivery model between AI engagement customers and the central team.
• Own the enterprise change and adoption strategy for AI, including stakeholder and readiness assessment, communications and enablement.
• Define and report the adoption measurement framework and drive improvements.
