Job summary

Caraway Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Transformation Director to accelerate Human Health initiatives with an AI-enabled, agile commercial model.

You will lead Associate Directors, shape a unified strategy, and drive end-to-end delivery from planning through value realization. Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Data, Market Access, and Global teams to deploy capabilities, govern progress, and create scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years related industry experience.
• 5+ years transformation or strategic planning experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Associate Directors across transformation initiatives.
• Own a portfolio of initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities—end-to-end delivery.
• Translate strategy into a coherent transformation roadmap with maximum impact.
• Oversee pilot design, execution, and scaling with repeatable playbooks.
