Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a senior leader to own the Sales Technology vision and roadmap, partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance Technology and Data to deliver scalable, reliable solutions across Salesforce, CPQ, and GTM tooling.

You will build and scale a high‑performing team, set delivery standards, and drive enterprise‑wide improvements including quote‑to‑cash, data models, automation, and AI‑enabled productivity across a growing Go‑To‑Market function.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Klaviyo’s Sales technology ecosystem aligned to revenue growth and enterprise expansion
• Translate business priorities into a clear, scalable systems roadmap across Salesforce, CPQ, and GTM tooling
• Inspire and align the team around a clear vision while driving a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement
• Lead the development and evolution of CPQ capabilities to support enterprise deals and global multi-currency requirements
• Champion an AI-first approach to Sales Technology, rethinking workflows and productivity through automation
