Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to shape the Enterprise platform strategy and guide its evolution for the world’s most sophisticated, data-driven brands. You will own multiple product areas including unifying customer data, AI-driven automations, and expanding ecosystem integrations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, GTM and Partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise SaaS products and platform ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform, ensuring scalability and enterprise governance.
• Translate company goals into clear OKRs to drive Enterprise adoption and ARR growth.
• Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic discussions.
• Lead AI-driven enhancements and integrate data across channels for real-time personalization and governance.
