Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead MarTech & AI Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end architecture of how marketing data moves from initial lead intake through to conversion, embedding AI and automation throughout the journey.

You will architect a centralized marketing hub spanning budgeting, planning, campaign execution, and ROI-driven insights, ensuring a connected ecosystem across systems and teams to accelerate growth and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MarTech and enterprise-scale architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered marketing capabilities.
• Experience architecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-house systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of marketing budgeting, planning cycles, and ROI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered marketing capabilities into our systems, from generative AI use cases to predictive scoring and intent-based automation.
• Own technical ownership of how marketing systems integrate with one another and resolve data/logical conflicts.
• Build an ecosystem that accelerates customer journeys through personalization across the funnel.
• Translate performance data and business requirements into architecture and process improvements to shorten planning cycles and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle, Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops, and other technical teams to align system architecture with business needs.
• Perform solution architecture reviews and advise on technical design decisions across systems and teams.
• Build and own a centralized marketing hub spanning the full execution lifecycle: budgeting, planning, campaign execution, and feedback loops.
