Job summary

Klaviyo seeks a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive the Enterprise product strategy and evolve the platform for data-driven brands. This role sits at the center of growth, unifying customer data, enabling AI-driven automation, and expanding ecosystem integrations.

You will own multiple enterprise-focused areas, partner with Product, Engineering, Design, GTM and Legal, and balance long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery to meet enterprise expectations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success leading CRM, analytics, or data platforms at enterprise scale.
• Direct experience supporting large enterprise customers (Fortune 1000+).
• Ability to translate enterprise needs into scalable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set a 2–3 year vision for the Enterprise platform delivering governance and scalability.
• Translate company goals into OKRs and roadmaps for Enterprise adoption and ARR growth.
• Represent voice of large global customers in strategic discussions.
• Deliver CRM capabilities unifying data across channels with real-time personalization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Security, and Legal for cohesive experiences.
• Lead roadmap reviews, tradeoffs, and cross-team alignment.
• Coordinate enterprise commitments from RFPs through onboarding and success.
• Infuse AI at the center to build smarter workflows and systems.
