Job summary

Klaviyo seeks a Head of Engineering, Finance Systems, to own the Finance application landscape and core workflows. You will define the multi-year vision for Finance technology, lead a high-performing team, and partner with senior Finance and GTS leaders to deliver automation, control, and insight across procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash.

Reporting to the Senior Director, G&A Systems, you will drive AI-native transformation, own IT general controls, and ensure ERP configurations

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise or business systems with finance focus.
• 4+ years leading teams including managers.
• Strong SOX ITGC experience and audit collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision for Finance systems and roadmap.
• Lead and develop Finance Technology team and vendor relations.
• Own SOX controls and audit readiness for Finance systems.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to design end-to-end workflows.
