Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to steer the Enterprise product strategy and lead platform evolution for data-driven, global brands. This Boston-area role focuses on unifying customer data, AI-driven automation, and ecosystem integrations while partnering with Product, Eng, Design, GTM and Legal to deliver scalable enterprise experiences.

You will drive long-term strategy and near-term delivery, balancing governance with usability, and ensuring enterprise-grade reliability.

Qualifications

12+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS or platform products.
Experience leading CRM, marketing automation, or data platforms at scale.
Direct experience with large enterprise customers (e.g., Fortune 1000).
Strong ability to translate enterprise needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
Experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform.
Translate goals into OKRs and roadmaps to drive adoption and ARR growth.
Represent voice of large global customers in strategic discussions.
Deliver enterprise capabilities to unify customer data and enable real-time personalization.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, GTM, Security, and Legal for cohesive experiences.
Lead roadmap reviews and align cross-team priorities.
Coordinate enterprise commitments from RFPs through onboarding and post-sale support.
Drive workflow transformation with AI-powered systems.
