Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior product leader to transform how products are built in the age of AI. Reporting to the Senior VP, you will lead with senior leaders across business units, embedding with teams to strengthen the Product System and accelerate customer value, outcomes and speed of innovation.

The role is remote-based worldwide and requires ~35% travel to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management or Product Leadership in B2B software/tech.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
• Track record leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience with AI-enabled or agentic products and AI-driven workflows.
• Ability to enter unfamiliar contexts, diagnose root causes and translate insights into action.
• Influence on product direction/operating models beyond a single team without formal authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities with senior leaders and connect product decisions to outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
• Turn best practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures and demonstrate impact to guide broader rollout.
