Job summary

Based remotely with occasional travel, you will drive lighthouse initiatives, coach leaders, and improve governance, metrics and operating models across a global software portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
• Experience leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Define, pilot and scale AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
• Establish success measures and guide broader rollout.
