Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or leadership in B2B software, SaaS, or technology companies
• Experience owning strategy and outcomes for significant products or portfolios
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to achieve customer and business goals
• Strong skills in product discovery, strategy, experimentation, and measurement
• Recent experience with AI-enabled product development or transforming workflows using AI
• Ability to diagnose issues and build trust in unfamiliar contexts
• Ability to influence product direction and organizational effectiveness without formal authority
