Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks an accomplished product leader to advance AI-enabled development across the enterprise. You will partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to strengthen the Product System and accelerate value and speed of innovation.

The role is remote in scope, with travel about 35%, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Transformation, and driving lighthouse initiatives and broad adoption of Agentic PDLC across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio, from customer discovery through delivery and measurement.
• A track record of leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products, transforming product development workflows through AI, or both.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and broader AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures, demonstrate impact and use evidence to guide broader rollout.
