Job summary
Wolters Kluwer seeks a senior product leader to drive AI-enabled product development across a global software portfolio. You will partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to strengthen the Product System and accelerate value, outcomes, and speed of innovation.
You will embed with business-unit teams on lighthouse initiatives, applying modern product practices and AI-enabled workflows, while scaling change enterprise-wide.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
- Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
- Track record of leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful outcomes.
- Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to outcomes.
- Define, pilot and scale agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
- Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, delivery, launch and measurement.
- Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into practical change.
- Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio governance and metrics.
- Turn best practices into repeatable tools and learning experiences for enterprise adoption.
- Establish success measures and use evidence to guide broader rollout.
