You will partner with product, engineering, design and business leadership to identify opportunities, pilot the Agentic PDLC, and drive lighthouse engagements that improve outcomes for customers and the business.

The role emphasizes coaching, influential leadership, and building reusable tools and standards to accelerate adoption across units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio—from customer discovery through delivery and measurement.
• Proven ability to influence product direction and operating models beyond a single team, with strong analytical and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale AI-enabled product development capabilities and Agentic PDLC across discovery, delivery and measurement.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics for enterprise adoption.
