Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior product leader to help shape AI-native product development across a global software portfolio. You will partner with product, engineering and business leaders to advance the Agentic PDLC and drive customer value at scale.

This remote, global role requires embedding with business units, leading lighthouse initiatives, and translating insights into practical change. Travel about 35% to work directly with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio, from customer discovery through delivery and measurement.
• Track record of leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products, transforming product development workflows through AI, or both.
• Ability to enter unfamiliar contexts, diagnose root causes, build trust and translate insight into action.
• Proven influence on product direction, operating models or organizational effectiveness beyond a single team, without relying on formal authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling and facilitation skills, with the judgment to simplify complexity and align senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, engineering and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and broader AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures, demonstrate impact and use evidence to guide broader rollout.
