Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of progressive technology experience delivering large-scale technology, digital transformation, platform engineering, or modernization initiatives.
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the engineering strategy, modernization, and evolution of Provider technology platforms, creating scalable and reusable capabilities that support multiple products and business functions.
- Drive and advance modern platform engineering practices that improve developer productivity, automation, reliability, observability, scalability, and speed to market.
- Promote and accelerate the adoption of AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and AI-assisted engineering to improve software delivery and operational excellence.
- Drive AI initiatives from experimentation through production-scale deployment, ensuring measurable business value and organizational adoption.
- Partner closely with architecture, product, data, compliance, security, and business stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic priorities.
- Influence platform and solution design decisions that reduce complexity, improve maintainability, and minimize technical debt.
- Advance engineering excellence across architecture, software development, testing, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, operational readiness, and production support.
- Collaborate across engineering teams and technology leaders to deliver complex, strategic, and high-impact initiatives.
- Foster and model a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and measurable results.
- Serve as a thought leader, identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies that create competitive advantages.
